What You Will Do:
As the Product Marketing Manager within our Zone-Control Products Team you will lead the overall growth, strategy, and profitability for Zone-Control Products. You will provide leadership in product management and programs to support the profitable growth of the Fan Coil, VAV Terminals and Commercial Air Handling Product Lines. It is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced, high performing dynamic environment. This leader will be working and collaborating closely with customers and various internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and suppliers. High consideration given to applicants residing within a commutable distance to Largo, FL or York, PA or willing to relocate.
How You Will Do It:
General Product Management
Be the product champion and growth leader.
Track revenue, costs, profitability, warranty, and all other relevant Key Performance Indicators of product line with a deep understanding of the profit and loss levers.
Maintain tracking of our products and competitor products success within the market(s) and identify opportunities and gaps
Sales & Customer Interface
Maintain product line specific content for sales support, sales training, and customer collateral.
Use voice of customer to determine and validate requirements for existing products as well as new product developments.
Marketing
Support launch plans and ramp down plans for products in accordance with product development schedules and the strategic product roadmap for the product line.
Product & Strategy Roadmap
Responsible for managing product roadmap - identifying and implementing actions related to competitive positioning opportunities and identifying product gaps
Pricing & Costing
Maintain, in collaboration with manufacturing facilities, standard costs and pricing based on commodity guidance, product design/development and VAVE projects.
People/Leadership Behavior
Invest in the people on our team and in the organization to facilitate the professional and personal growth of your teammates
Establishes clear goals and measures that support team objectives
Clearly communicates expectations and gets involved to help identify solutions
Adapts personal manner, styles, and communication to accommodate various cultures
What We Look For:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline
Minimum of 5-10 years of strong familiarity with HVAC equipment and systems in product or program management, marketing, applications, or sales
Ability to present to executive level leadership
Experience with financial statements
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail
Ability to travel 20%
