ACT is seeking a strategic Vice President of Product for Workforce to enhance the market presence of its WorkKeys Solutions, driving growth through product innovation and customer-focused strategies.
Responsibilities: Lead the product portfolio vision and strategy, manage P&L, drive product development, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, and foster a high-performing product management team.
Skills: Proven product management leadership, strong analytical skills, exceptional communication and leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to leading teams in a remote environment.
Qualifications: 10+ years in product management with a focus on B2B education markets, experience in driving profitability over $50M, and a background in workforce transition in education or assessment industries.

The Vice President of Product for Workforce is a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing the market presence of ACT’s WorkKeys Solutions which empower communities, educators, employers, and individuals with tools that grow resilient workforce ecosystems. The role drives growth through innovative product development, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, business model innovation, and improved customer experience and support strategies.
This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can align product development with market trends, customer needs, and business growth objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary in the range of $190,000 to $235,000. ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position is incentive eligible.
