Jack Link’s is seeking a Social Media Influencer Manager who, when it comes to working in social media, doesn’t just get it, they live it. The ideal candidate knows all the ins and outs of the major social media platforms (META, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and can expertly build robust influencer campaigns that embody and amplify the bold voice of Jack Link’s house of brands – Jack Link’s, Lorissa’s Kitchen, Golden Island, etc.) – and drive business results.

Jack Link’s is always growing, and the crazy world of social media is right at the heart of it. In this new role, and as a critical part of our social media team, you will report to the Sr. Social Media Manager, work closely with the full integrated marketing team, and be surrounded by a talented creative services, social media, and digital marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be primed to unleash their wild side and embrace a rapidly moving and collaborative environment. 

The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

• Build, manage and execute a comprehensive influencer strategy that connects to all aspects of the brands we support
• Identify and develop relationships with creators and brand ambassadors who are authentic, tuned into what makes social media users want to see more and showcase the unique POV of each of our brands
• Put those organizational skills on full display by creating an ever-evolving influencer tracker that syncs with the social media team’s content calendar
• Play a key role in social “surprise and delight” activations – collaborate on designing ways to bring our portfolio of brands to our fans that are unexpected and buzz-worthy
• Stay on the pulse of the latest happenings in the social world, up to date on what other brands are doing in the influencer space and how we can create a strategy that does it our way - bigger, better and wild
• Keep track of and analyze campaign performance, and be ready to optimize and shift gears with ease

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience:

• 6+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, brand marketing, communications or related fields
• You don’t just scroll, you know social – strong knowledge of all major social platforms (META, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and the tools that can help (META Business Suite, Sprout, TikTok Creator Marketplace, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Paid or organic, you know how to launch and maintain influencer programs that bring real results – and you have the examples to prove it
• Balance between a creative-first and business mindset – you know what social media users are looking for and how to adapt those traits to a brand strategy
• Organization and attention to detail is second nature – can juggle multiple campaigns, meet all deadlines and keep the team up to date
• Extensive experience working with and developing strong relationships with creators and other brand partners, with an expertise for managing contracts and required deliverables
• Not only a strong team player, but also able to bring your own hype as a self-starter, with a strong sense of personal accountability
• Natural storyteller with the writing and communication skills to match
• Out-of-the box thinker who can bring energy and new ways for the brand to connect with fans in a work environment that is constantly moving and evolving
• Unfazed by the ebbs and flows of new developments or changes in marketing strategy, and welcoming of feedback or requested edits  
• Flexibility to travel (5-10% throughout the year) to select Jack Link’s events to assist with influencer management and content capture as needed

The salary range for this role is $98,900 - $135,960 (Annually).  Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards. Jack Link’s provides a variety of benefits to eligible Team Members, including medical, dental and vision benefits, life and disability insurance, 401k participation, paid holidays, and paid time off.
