We’re looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to own the end-to-end member journey from the moment a radiology exam is initiated to the moment it’s completed. You’ll work closely with our Care Navigation team and Product team to deliver personalized, timely, and effective communications that help members book, prepare for, and complete their exams—all while delivering a world-class member experience. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on lifecycle leader who has experience driving conversions and satisfaction in complex transactional flows (OpenTable, Expedia, etc).
