KINESSO, a technology-driven performance marketing agency under IPG Mediabrands, seeks a Manager, Paid Social to lead a team delivering top-tier paid social campaigns and strategic client management across multiple social platforms.

Skills

  • Strong experience in account management, planning, or performance media.
  • Proficiency with Paid Social platforms including Facebook Ad Manager and X (formerly Twitter) Ads.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level paid social accounts with various budget sizes.
  • Ability to translate client goals into effective paid media strategies.
  • Strong communication skills for clients, peers, and team members.
  • Knowledge of paid social measurement tools and third-party data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates, guiding their career development.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, SnapChat, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
  • Coordinate assets between creative agencies and manage campaign budgets.
  • Integrate paid social strategy within cross-disciplinary multi-channel marketing recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creatives to align campaign ideas with briefs and client goals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communicate campaign impact as primary client contact.
  • Explore new market ideas, betas, and opportunities with partners.
  • Ensure integration with third-party tracking vendors and measurement tools.
