Operate data entry devices to accurately input lists, records, and various data points into electronic formats
Utilize web-based applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite products
Support customer service functions within a front desk setting
Plan and accomplish assigned tasks using experience and sound judgment
Maintain documentation and logs as needed for operational continuity
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Assist with general office and administrative tasks as required
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role
Strong working knowledge of:
Data entry tools and devices
Web-based applications
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Familiarity with standard business practices and customer support protocols
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle sensitive data
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English fluently
Resume must clearly demonstrate education and relevant work experience
A list of past performance and verifiable professional references is required
