The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong computer skills and have the ability to work with minimum supervision. Key Responsibilities:
- Entering data from multiple sources into our database with speed and accuracy
- Reviewing, verifying, and correcting data as needed
- Ensuring data entry meets company quality and quantity standards
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions
- Adhering to data entry procedures and guidelines
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to improve data entry processes
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent typing and 10-key skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality and data security awareness.
