Hubtype helps companies serve more customers with fewer resources through messaging.
We believe great customer service should be simple, fast, and human. That’s why we help businesses move from outdated channels like phone and email to messaging channels their customers already use, such as WhatsApp and webchat.
From tracking orders to handling insurance claims, we automate millions of conversations each month for companies like Decathlon, Allianz, and Wizz Air. The result is better service, less frustration, and more time for teams to focus on what really matters.
We are a people-first company that values clarity, ownership, and impact. If you want to build the future of customer communication and see your work in action, this is the place to do it.
We’re hiring a Visual Designer to manage our website and support the design needs of the marketing team. You’ll work on landing pages, microsites, campaigns, and sales materials that help us communicate clearly, convert better, and stay consistent as we grow.
We treat the website as a product. It should be fast, clear, and continuously improving. Success in this role means creating designs that scale with the business, support cohesive campaigns, and reflect our brand across all channels. Your work should be informed by performance data and help us improve over time.
This is a practical, focused role. You’ll report to the Marketing Lead and work closely with teammates in content, demand generation, and sales. The website is one of our most important growth channels, and your work will directly shape how we show up to prospects, clients, and partners.
