UI/UX Designer
Overview:
- First hire to establish design foundation and user experience patterns
- Design intuitive user experiences and beautiful interfaces for property management

Requirements:
- 4+ years UX/UI design experience with SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive user flows for tenant onboarding and property management workflows
- Create comprehensive design systems and component libraries for consistent UI
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize conversion rates
- Design mobile-first responsive interfaces for property managers and tenants
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
