We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation across the organization. The CTO will play a vital role in shaping our technical direction, overseeing the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions and ensuring alignment with our business goals. Our work environment is a collaborative, in person workspace, fostering teamwork and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the technology strategy to support business objectives
  • Work closely with the Company’s leadership to set priorities and goals for IT Management and production, prioritizing immediate needs and long- term objectives. Oversee the design and implementation of secure software and infrastructure, making key infrastructure decisions, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
  • Evaluate and implement new technical solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee security, development, management, and IT governance
  • Stay current on the industry’s technical trends in order to inform decision making and maintain a competitive edge among industry leaders
  • Establish and manage IT relationships with strategic vendor and technology partners and stakeholders
  • Foster cross functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives, including understanding of the alignment between technology strategy and various technology road maps
  • Create strategic timelines for evaluation, development and deployment of all technical, web and mobile services and ensure deadlines are met
  • Make infrastructure decisions based on ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecture and engineering of product solutions as well as managing all technical delivery.
  • Manage performance metrics, set goals and KPI’s and manage resources
  • Create a positive working environment where all people are encouraged to contribute and participate

Required Skills and Experience

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or equivalent work experience Proven experience as an IT leader
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with iterative software development
  • Broad knowledge of software engineering languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends
  • Leadership skills in strategic planning, goal setting, process development and creating opportunities for professional development within the various technical teams
  • Advanced knowledge of technological trends
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to convey tech-lingo in easy to understand business terms in order to work best with other business units and external partners
  • Ability to identify new and improved technologies to solve complex business issues
