What You’ll Do

As our Director - Channel Account Managers, you will take ownership of Horizon3AI’s channel sales strategy and execution. You will lead and scale a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers while architecting a world-class partner program grounded in structure, accountability, and results. This role is ideal for a strategic, metrics-driven channel leader who is passionate about building systems, scaling partner revenue, and enabling excellence through the MEDPICC framework.

You’ll be responsible for advancing and optimizing the foundation we’ve built—developing disciplined go-to-market strategies, deepening partner relationships, and aligning closely with cross-functional sales leaders and regional Account Executives to drive joint success.

What You’ll Do

  • Channel Strategy & Program Development

    • Build and scale a structured, metrics-driven partner program rooted in MEDPICC principles and sales excellence.

    • Define and standardize key processes for partner engagement, enablement, and performance management.

    • Create repeatable frameworks and playbooks for deal registration, co-selling, and pipeline acceleration.

  • Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Channel Account Managers to exceed performance goals.

    • Establish operational cadence, performance KPIs, and regular coaching to ensure executional rigor.

  • Partner Ecosystem Expansion

    • Identify, recruit, and deepen strategic relationships with high-value security resale partners in key regions.

    • Develop joint go-to-market plans with top partners, aligning on revenue targets and co-marketing investments.

  • Sales Alignment & Execution

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partner initiatives drive pipeline and bookings.

    • Partner with regional AEs to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.

    • Drive account mapping and joint selling motions across key accounts and segments.

    • Deliver significant partner led pipeline and revenues.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Own and optimize systems for deal registration, MDF (marketing development funds), reporting, and performance reviews.

    • Maintain visibility into partner pipeline and forecast with clarity and confidence.

  • Executive Engagement

    • Build strong relationships with senior leaders at partner organizations.

    • Represent Horizon3AI in strategic discussions with AWS and other ecosystem partners to drive mutual value.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in channel sales, partner programs, or ecosystem leadership roles within cybersecurity

  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing channel or sales teams.

  • Proven ability to design and operationalize partner frameworks that drive scalable growth.

  • Deep understanding of MEDPICC and its application in partner sales environments.

  • Ability to build from a foundation, define structure, and drive toward measurable outcomes.

  • Excellent communicator and executive presence; comfortable leading internal and external conversations with senior stakeholders.

  • Proficient with Salesforce and partner management platforms; data-driven approach to reporting and pipeline management.

Travel Required

We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 50% of travel to be successful. Job-related travel expenses are reviewed and must be approved by your manager.

Our compensation structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles, levels, and locations.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

  • Total On-Target Compensation: $300k-$360k annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

  • Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
