HR Systems & Reporting Specialist

Horace Mann is a purpose-driven company focused on supporting educators. They are looking for an entry-level HR Systems & Reporting Specialist to manage and support key HR platforms, assist with data integrity and reporting, and provide end-user support to help grow their HR tech capabilities.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Comfort with basic reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for HR systems including user requests and troubleshooting
  • Assist with system maintenance and semi-annual Workday releases through testing and documentation
  • Develop and maintain user guides, job aids, and training materials; deliver training to end users
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing system enhancements
  • Run standard and ad hoc reports; assist users in defining data needs and extracting insights
  • Conduct data audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Document support procedures and maintain system resources
  • Participate in team projects including note-taking, meeting coordination, and documentation

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
