Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for HR systems including user requests and troubleshooting
- Assist with system maintenance and semi-annual Workday releases through testing and documentation
- Develop and maintain user guides, job aids, and training materials; deliver training to end users
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing system enhancements
- Run standard and ad hoc reports; assist users in defining data needs and extracting insights
- Conduct data audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Document support procedures and maintain system resources
- Participate in team projects including note-taking, meeting coordination, and documentation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
