Staff Engineer
Skills
- 5+ years as a full stack engineer with strong production system experience.
- 3+ years hands-on with Elixir Phoenix LiveView in production.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL in high-volume settings.
- Cloud deployment experience, preferably with AWS.
- Back-end engineering and data pipeline expertise.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and enhance core back-end systems including Lead Management Platform and Ad Targeting Systems.
- Design and implement scalable services using Elixir Phoenix LiveView, SQL, and AWS.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to integrate predictive models into system logic.
- Champion engineering best practices around testing, code quality, documentation, and security.
- Drive technical strategy aligned with business growth goals.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
