The role offers hands-on involvement in project execution, team coordination, and process improvement—with significant exposure to investment, tech, and innovation ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic right-hand to the founder in day-to-day execution and decision-making
- Coordinate and oversee projects, sourcing people and resources to get things done efficiently
- Monitor business operations, flag issues, and drive follow-ups to resolution
- Identify and implement improvements to internal processes, including leveraging tech and automation tools
- Support planning, scheduling, and communication across various business initiatives
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Who You Are:
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or as an EA in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably a tech startup)
- Passionate about technology and process optimization
- High initiative, resourceful, and thrives on getting things done
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with limited direction
- Quick learner, with a desire to grow and take on increasing responsibility
- Preferred age: 28–32
