Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.

Responsibilities
- Receive a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing clients, booking appointments with a high conversion rate.
- Identify client requests or concerns quickly and provide effective solutions, including de-escalation.
- Use critical thinking skills to solve client problems with good judgment.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
- Accurately enter detailed records of client interactions while managing multiple calls.
- Meet productivity standards and maintain high-quality communications following call flows and scripts.
