Account Director

Healthcare Consultancy Group (HCG) is a global healthcare communications partner accelerating the impact of medical science for pharma and biotech clients. They seek an Account Director to independently manage medical education plans, drive account growth, and lead client engagement, combining scientific insight with strategic account management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships as main account contact
  • Manage medical education plans from concept through implementation and financial reconciliation
  • Drive organic account growth through strategic mindset and value delivery
  • Supervise account team and develop communication tactics and external correspondence
  • Strengthen and leverage key opinion leader relationships
  • Oversee overall fiscal status of accounts including reconciliation
  • Support annual tactical planning and financial estimates
  • Leverage medical and clinical relationships to increase account revenue
  • Manage entire account brand experience from strategy to tactical execution

Education

  • Degree in life sciences or liberal arts, marketing, or communications with a strong appreciation for medical communications
