Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial intake assessments to evaluate client needs
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients
- Determine appropriate levels of care for clients
- Communicate program expectations and treatment options to clients
- Collaborate closely with the clinical treatment team
- Identify barriers to treatment engagement and address concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation of all assessments and communications
- Stay informed on best practices in intake assessment
Education
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
- Valid Independent Colorado state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
