Senior Functional consultant Dynamics 365- Tietoevry Banking (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Functional consultant Dynamics 365 who wants to become part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking delivers scalable and modular Banking as a Service and leading software built by unmatched industry expertise, accelerating the digital transformation of financial institutions.

The section you will work for is called Customer Engagement Banking (CEB) and combines the best of Dynamics 365, the Power platform and Azure, together with complex core banking solutions. You will be part of a skilled team of solution consultants, solution architects and developers where you will learn new things together with your colleagues. We deliver a modern work platform that provides value and support to the bank's advisers and business processes. The solution is very central to the banks' investment going forward.

As a Senior Functional consultant Dynamics 365 for CEB you will

• Analyze and translate the customer business needs into user stories and functional specifications

• Do configuration of Dynamics 365 and the power platform

• Collaborate closely with developers and take on the role of delivery manager towards the customers

• Do maintenance of the customer solutions - structured follow-up of incidents, rollouts and monitoring

• Assist in sales processes, including estimation and design of offers

• Design and carry out training for the customer's users, super users and system owners

• Actively share expertise and ensure that the team is up to date on the latest changes from Microsoft

• Take part in project teams for external customers within technical deliveries that include standard products and adaptations

Who we are looking for  

• You have higher education, preferably in technology (minimum Bachelor)

• You have minimum 3-5 years’ experience of configuration in Microsoft Dynamics 365

• You have experience of the power platform, Azure and surrounding Microsoft services

• You have experience as solution architect or functional advisor within Dynamics 365

• You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing

• Experience with banking and finance is an advantage

• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework is an advantage
