Requirements

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Achieve successful booking rates by building value in our Technicians and our Company
  • Professional and respectful communication with customers and teammates
  • Actively participate in both inbound and outbound phone call campaigns
  • Effectively navigate through call scripts while showing empathy to customers concerns
  • Accurately document customers' concerns in our world class software program(s)
  • Communicate in a timely manner with customers reaching out through online portal(s)
  • Maintain and promote a friendly, positive, and professional environment
  • Provide feedback on customer service process professionally to improve teams’ efficiency
  • Actively participate during Team meetings and one-on-one meetings
  • Escalate queries and concerns to proper channels by effective and timely communication

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
  • Preferred minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attentive, friendly, and patient
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Positive and driven team player
  • Proven track record of excellent attendance
