Role Description
As a Senior Manager on the Hardware team you will be responsible for leading all of the Hardware Engineering functions for a project (EE, ME, FW, and REL). The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, brings clarity through structured and creative thinking, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. They communicate with empathy and precision, tailoring messages to resonate across audiences and disciplines. A strong sense of ownership, a product-first mentality, and a collaborative spirit are essential. You should be someone who can identify opportunities others may miss, form compelling ideas, and drive them into action—whether that means hands-on technical work, thoughtful cross-functional alignment, or shaping the future direction of the product.
This describes the ideal candidate; many of us have picked up this expertise along the way. Even if you meet only part of this list, we encourage you to apply!
