Digital Engineering Lead
- Promote and drive culture and adoption of MBSE throughout the organization
- Provide training and support to other engineers, technicians, and team members
- Provide systems engineering leadership to a diverse team consisting of traditional SEs, Model-Based SEs, CM Analysts, Enterprise Architects, Program and Data analysts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams by working closely with various engineering disciplines and departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated SE approach
- Manage, mentor, and teach engineers in the development of model-based environments and transformation of manual document-based environments and processes
- Communicate complex engineering technical information to team members of various backgrounds and disciplines
- Provide status and briefings to leadership, to include senior government customers and stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or technical discipline required
Experience:
- 4+ years of systems engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering frameworks (e.g. DoDAF, UAF, TOGAF) required
- Strong knowledge of modeling languages (e.g. SySML, UML) required
- Experience using model-based SE tools (DOORs, Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.) required
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000
