JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Manages the day-to-day operations of 2 or more assigned properties including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the properties to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals, and ensures that the operations of the properties comply with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.JOB DESCRIPTION

The salary range for the position is $115,000 - $125,000.
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
