JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Lease-Up Community Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all on-site operations, team members, and resources to ensure a successful lease-up and ongoing performance of the community. This role focuses on achieving financial and operational objectives while delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents. The Community Manager ensures full compliance with Greystar policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws—including Fair Housing, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This position plays a key role in establishing the community's culture, driving leasing velocity, and building a strong foundation for long-term success.JOB DESCRIPTION

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 in addition to an owner approve bonus structure.
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
