Campaign Manager, Paid Search


Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple ad types, including search, display, demand generation, PMax, standard shopping, and YouTube. Develop and implement advanced strategies to meet goals like ROAS, CPA, or CAC. Regularly run optimizations and set up experiments to ensure account growth and improved client performance.
  • Manage up to 14 accounts or a total MRR of $50,000. Demonstrate advanced optimizations that lead to significant client performance improvements and budget increases.
  • Ability to lead client calls and provide in-depth explanations of account performance, trends, and strategic recommendations. Maintain ongoing positive client relationships, establishing trust and successfully upselling clients into additional services and channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver strategies and ad copy that align with client goals, advising clients on the best use of creative assets (text, static, video).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, bringing new knowledge to the department and contributing to team growth. Provide insights on other marketing channels, including SEO, paid social, and email marketing, and assist in upselling clients on these services.
  • Use internal project management tools like Monday to organize workflows, track campaign performance, and meet client deadlines. Contribute to internal communications by answering team questions and supporting departmental improvements.
  • Optimize product feeds for e-commerce clients utilizing DataFeedWatch.


Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage mid to high-value accounts with varying levels of ad spend and deliver measurable performance improvements.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and optimization techniques across various ad types.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with a proven ability to lead client calls and provide strategic insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.


Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):
  • Churn <5% MRR per quarter
  • Maintain $50,000+ of MRR
  • Upsell 1 GR0 channel per quarter
  • Increase current BoB revenue by implementing a Microsoft Ads strategy for 50%+ of accounts


Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


What does the hiring process entail?
  • Stage 1 (Recruiter Screen) - After you submit your application, our recruitment team will review and reach out to candidates. During this 30-minute phone call, we’ll discuss your career journey and professional motivators while learning about GR0 overall and the position.
  • Stage 2 (Hiring Manager & Team Interview) - The first video interview with two to three GR0 team members will involve 45 minutes of diving deeper into the GR0 processes, tools, core values, and company roadmap.
  • Stage 3 (Co-Founders Connect) - The last conversation of the interview process is always a chance for you to connect with our CEO and Co-Founder, Kevin Miller, and our President and Co-Founder, Jon Zacharias.
  • Stage 4 (Offer) - If a #GR0mance has brewed, we will make you a competitive offer and hope you’ll accept!
