Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience with front-end and user interface development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the development of a scalable, high-performance web platform using AI.
- Define technical standards and best practices, mentoring engineers to elevate the team's capabilities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the technical direction across the gStore front end team.
- A direct technical engineer who actively contributes to the codebase.
- Build a reusable framework to accelerate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module development, with component patterns supporting Material Design, BC25, and theming.
