When you come to work, you'll be:

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS **

  • Hires, trains, supervises, coaches, and evaluates maintenance staff.
  • Develops and maintains a productive maintenance team through well-structured training and mentoring programs that communicate the Company’s strategies and business objectives.
  • Ordering of all equipment parts, sanitary supplies, maintenance supplies, and related items using the Company approved purchase order system.
  • Keeps in compliance with and abreast of all OSHA regulations.
  • Ensures a high level of customer service.
  • Initiate maintenance and safety programs for a variety of facility equipment
  • Be responsible for the preventative maintenance of machinery to include HVAC
  • Oversee the cleanliness of our gyms done by our janitorial staff
  • Keep compliant and aware of all changes with regulatory agencies like OSHA
  • Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of all emergency procedures
  • Manage all aspects of the buildings, exterior grounds, equipment, inventory overall facility
  • Process and oversee deliveries
  • Manage maintenance and janitorial staff, to include housekeeping
  • Plan and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates for the facility
  • Traveling through out the Ventura County, San Fernando Valley and parts of Los Angeles County. 

Supervises daily activities and functions of maintenance leads and making sure all location are fully staffed

Compensation

: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
