Micro Services Developer

Job Description

DUTIES:                                

Lead and generate technical solutions, including specifying requirements, functional decomposition, analysis, development and testing for current, new and major programs. Lead development of software system team design content and software anomaly corrections. Perform complex design analysis. Specify and balance system requirements. Provide, communicate, and support common best practices among software community. Orchestrates APIs into single micro service using micro services, Docker, and Kubernetes environment. Designs APIs based on new design implementations and updates corresponding interfaces. Create features and stories based on epic and track to meet the all deadline for deployment. Work with UI team to support ongoing releases and modify micro services accordingly. Support ongoing Production deployment and production issues during deployment. Monitor production APIs and take action on any incidents. Hybrid Role - 3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Work from Home. Must be able to report to local office                                                                                                                                   

Additional Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:                

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, and five (5) years of experience as a Systems Developer, Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, or related role.  Must also have Five (5) years of experience with: Java, JavaServer Faces (JSF), jQuery, JavaScript; Software functional testing and defect fixing using Mockito and Junit; Developing web services using Rest and SOAP; Spring Boot and Struts; Microservices architecture; REST API development; Kubernetes and Docker environments; and OAuth. Experience with: Axure cloud.
