Skills
- Strong Python programming skills for data processing.
- Expertise in machine learning-based labeling techniques.
- Experience with relational/OLTP, analytical/OLAP, vector, NoSQL, and time series databases.
- Ability to develop data quality metrics and actionable dashboards.
- Knowledge of embeddings and vector databases.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the data function supporting ML model development from ingestion to evaluation.
- Develop and implement ML-based labeling techniques to improve data labeling accuracy.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines for ingestion, cleaning, labeling, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data bottlenecks and ensure comprehensive data coverage.
- Identify and bridge gaps in data coverage to support robust ML model performance.
- Develop metrics to evaluate and enhance data quality and availability.
- Refine and curate datasets with data scientists and ML engineers to improve prediction accuracy.
- Work with sensor data, including still images, embeddings, and vector databases to optimize ML inputs.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
