What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes. Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive).
Utilize your process improvement and system implementation skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects that impact the results of the company.
Collaborate across workstreams to implement data standards and process improvements leveraging digital solutions.
Develop user stories to document business requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, and support technology deployments.
Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures.
Assist in triaging production issues involved with Connected Incentives inquiries / issues
Assist in developing training material, documentation, timelines, etc.

Yours Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Bachelors Degree
2+ years of relevant work experience in business, process transformation, consulting, project management or related
Demonstrated experience leveraging Operational Excellence, Design Thinking, and other structured methodologies to implement process improvements
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results
Detail oriented, with strong business acumen, and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project results
Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques
Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):.
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT or related field
The ability to be a change agent, using influence, education and persuasion to build relationships and gain support for difficult changes.
Report out on process transformation performance to manager on a regular basis.
Knowledge of dealer processes and incentives
Experience with Jira or SAP
Travel 15-25% of the time to dealers
