The Opportunity

As part of the Financial Services team you lead large projects and innovate processes, transforming data into insights and visualizations that drive strategic decisions for clients and the firm. As a Senior Manager, you serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your influence and technical acumen to deliver quality results while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Manage and organize proprietary datasets to enhance data integrity

- Work with diverse teams to support strategic initiatives

- Drive demand generation efforts through data-informed strategies

- Present analytical findings to clients and stakeholders clearly

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in analytics

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred

- Experience managing data science and commercial analytics teams

- Demonstrating proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, and/or R

- Applying machine learning techniques to financial challenges

- Designing experiments for financial initiative effectiveness

- Developing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

- Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies

- Explaining complex financial data to non-technical stakeholders

- Knowledge of geospatial or time-series analysis in finance

- Demonstrating experience with financial datasets such as S&P Global, Moody’s, Bloomberg, FactSet, FIS, Experian, TransUnion, or Morningstar

The salary range for this position is: $89,000 - $315,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
