Office Manager
Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for opening and closing the Site daily during hours of operations.
2. Manage front desk reception and overall facility needs (keys, FOBs, equipment maintenance, site maintenance).
3. Process all office mail.
4. Manage Student and Staff badge/ID process.
5. Inventory and ordering of office and nursing supplies.
6. Primary contact for property management.
7. Oversees office technology and equipment (staff computers and chrome books).
8. P-Card reconciliation and Procurement.
9. Manage operational calendar (PTO, Exams, Events, Room Scheduling).
10. Conducts Site Tours and assist in planning and executing on-site events.
11. Maintain computer testing rooms (prepare and take down chrome books for testing).
12. Proctor on-site exams following outlined processes and procedure for exam delivery.
13. Validate appropriate identification as necessary for admission to exam.
14. Oversee and schedule Exam Proctors ensuring policy and procedures are followed.
15. Provide administrative support when needed.
16. All other duties as assigned

Supervise and manage a team of direct reports.
Experience/ Education
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative capacity for large department/function.
- An equivalent combination of work experience and education/training may be substituted
- Experience in a higher education environment is strongly preferred, but not required
- Must successfully pass a background check.
Education
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
