Fyxer drafts replies in your tone, schedules meetings, and takes smart, structured notes — all directly in Gmail, Outlook, and Zoom. No training. No behavior change. It just works.

Why This Role Matters

We’ve already got the hardest part: product-market fit. Our users love Fyxer, and they tell other people. Our inbound is strong. Our usage-led growth is real. And two outstanding Senior AEs have already proven that our SMB sales motion works.

As our first VP of Sales, your job is to take this early success and turn it into a machine.

You’ll:

  • Own and scale SMB Sales

  • Partner with the Co-Founder Archie on Enterprise

  • Work closely with the CCO on expansion

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to make GTM seamless

You’ll set the standard for sales leadership at Fyxer — process-oriented, customer-obsessed, and velocity-driven.

What You’ll Do

This is a builder-scaler role, not a zero-to-one firestarter. The motion exists. The product delivers. Your mission is to scale smartly, hire exceptionally, and execute relentlessly.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Owning SMB revenue — managing performance, process, pipeline and results

  • Hiring and onboarding A+ sales talent, starting with a proven core team

  • Building scalable infrastructure — CRM, playbooks, automation, compensation, enablement

  • Partnering with Marketing to convert inbound into pipeline with tight feedback loops

  • Collaborating with the CCO to drive structured expansion and upsell

  • Supporting Enterprise sales efforts with the CRO, especially as larger customers come online

What Success Looks Like

Within 12 months, you’ll have:

  • Built a repeatable, scalable SMB engine with clear metrics and ownership

  • Created onboarding and coaching frameworks that produce high performers fast

  • Delivered consistent, efficient revenue growth without sacrificing quality

  • Integrated Sales, Product, and Marketing into one high-functioning GTM loop

  • Set the blueprint for what Fyxer sales excellence looks like — now and at scale

Who You Are

You’ve seen what works. You’ve scaled it. You’ve fixed it when it broke. And you know how to build durable revenue infrastructure without adding friction.

You likely have:
  • A track record of scaling SMB sales teams in high-growth, product-led SaaS (Slack, Notion, Intercom)

  • Experience going from Series A/B through $50M+ in ARR

  • Deep comfort with PLG + sales-assist hybrids — and how they evolve

  • An eye for process, tooling, and systems that compound

  • A reputation for hiring A-players, coaching clearly, and holding the bar high

  • A commercial mindset with a customer-first bias

You’re sharp, decisive, structured, and fast. You move with urgency — but always land the details.
