The Opportunity:
IT Internship
Who We Look For:
We are looking for a student passionate about hospitality and the field of IT (Information Technology), eager to begin their professional career in this area. You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in this field, learning through various levels of responsibility and teamwork. During your internship, you’ll contribute your passion, attitude, and ideas to help ensure we deliver the highest quality service. Your mentor will be the Assistant Director of IT, and you’ll have the chance to learn about the procedures and standards of Four Seasons in the area of information systems.
This is internship is for dates between Mid-June 2025 through End of July 2025.
Responsibilities:
Help ensure critical systems are always available, especially the Front Office management system (PMS), accounting, high-speed internet (HSIA), the PABX, and food & beverage point-of-sale systems
Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of user procedures and help ensure everyone becomes familiar with hardware usage.
Supporting system administration: maintaining user and group accounts, configuring access, resolving login issues, and properly documenting everything.
Assist in all server-related support, from performance monitoring and operating system updates to troubleshooting technical failures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Student looking to learn about the hospitality industry and IT
Able to read and adapt quickly in various situations
Thrive working in a fast-paced and large team environment
Able to work outside during times of high temperatures
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, members, hotel guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
