Foodsmart seamlessly integrates dietary assessments and nutrition counseling with online food ordering and cost-effective meal planning for the entire family, optimizing ingredients both at home and on the go. We partner with national and regional retailers across the U.S., many of whom accept SNAP/EBT, making healthier food more accessible. Additionally, we assist members with SNAP enrollment and management, providing tangible access to nutritious food.In 2024, Foodsmart secured a $200 million investment from TPG’s Rise Fund, which supports entrepreneurs dedicated to achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. This investment will help us expand our reach, particularly to low-income workers who are disproportionately affected by diet-related diseases.

About the role:

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced, mission-driven marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in healthcare or mission-focused marketing, and contribute to impactful campaigns that help people access free nutrition support.


As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll assist with executing and tracking marketing campaigns across email, SMS, digital media, grassroots outreach, and outbound calling. You’ll play a key role in campaign setup, creative project management, and team operations—ensuring the marketing engine runs smoothly and efficiently.



You will:
  • Assist with the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach eligible members and drive engagement.
  • Organize campaign assets and track timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support the coordination of email and SMS marketing calendars, QA testing, and deployment.
  • Manage social media presence across Instagram and Facebook, coordinating with local efforts.
  • Create and optimize website content, including blog post copy, CTAs, meta titles, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to facilitate video editing, print assets, and translate marketing materials.
  • Develop, coordinate, promote, and execute monthly webinars for our book of business
  • Work collaboratively to deliver campaigns that reflect Foodsmart’s brand and mission
  • Assist in maintaining marketing documentation, playbooks, and compliance records (HIPAA, TCPA).

You have:
  • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, internship or coursework included
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public health, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort working remotely and collaborating across time zones
  • Experience in healthcare, nutrition, or underserved populations is a plus


$60,000 - $80,000 a year
Role: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote
Base Salary Range: $60,000/yr to $80,000/yr + equity + benefits

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
