Sales Representative

We are Shop Fix Academy! We are a business consulting company for Auto Repair Shops. Our mission is to set Auto Repair Shop owners up for success; to give freedom and confidence to become the businessman/woman they were always meant to be. We are more than just a coaching company that gives business advice and guidance. We lead, encourage, and inspire people to find their inner leader as individuals and owners. 


This role is ideal for someone who has owned an automotive repair shop, has a close relative that has been a shop owner, or who lives and breathes the industry. This person needs to have a true passion for what we do, an intense understanding and knowledge of the field, and possess a desire to help find solutions to shop owners' needs. If you do not fit this mold, you need not apply.


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain plans to achieve sales targets / metrics.
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure the leadership team is informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with members - must be authentic and care.
  • Able to sell in person, on the phone, via zoom, and at conferences.
  • Continuous education and development of your skills in sales and knowledge of the industry.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Align with Shop Fix Academy’s values and mission and portray that in your work.
  • Partner with other department leaders to ensure
  • Able to travel when necessary for conference events.


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience managing sales in the automotive industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Understand how to talk to Business Owners, identify issues, and express care and authenticity.
  • In depth knowledge of best practices, techniques and retention strategies in regard to sales.
  • Proven negotiation skills; experience performing sales in a market where objections are normal.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client retention.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of our services and products as it relates to the members’ business needs.
  • Understanding of how to position our products and services against competitors.

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
