Figma is seeking a Director of Sales Development to lead and inspire a dynamic global team in driving customer engagement and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales leadership, particularly within SaaS, and a proven track record of meeting revenue and pipeline goals.
Responsibilities: You will build and develop a high-performing SDR team, create scalable processes, manage performance metrics, optimize engagement workflows, and collaborate with leadership across various departments.
Skills: Required skills include 10+ years of sales experience, 5+ years leading a large SDR team, a proven track record of achieving revenue objectives, and a creative, collaborative approach to leadership.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Figma’s landscape, experience in PLG environments, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Location: This position can be located in either San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance required 2 days a week.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $150,000 - $250,000.

As a Director, Sales Development, you will lead a team of Managers and Sales Development Representatives responsible for the engagement, qualification, and expansion of our rapidly growing customer base. You aren’t the typical sales leader, and we aren’t the typical design tool company. At Figma, we think creatively, lift constraints that block our imagination everyday, and we expect you to do the same. With this role you will unify our existing Sales Development teams across the Americas, EMEA, and JAPAC. You will streamline our inbound and outbound motions across all sales segments that will generate potential opportunities for the Figma sales team. You will partner with strategic leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This role reports to the VP, Commercial Sales.
This is a full time role that will be held from our NYC or SF Hub (in-person 2 days/week)
