Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements related to content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements.
- Support business and production teams by identifying legal risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct legal research and provide actionable guidance to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage legal projects, contract workflows, and maintain legal databases.
- Assist with compliance on intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory matters.
- Support incident management, dispute resolution, and coordinate responses with litigation specialists.
- Prepare and update internal templates, legal guides, and conduct training for employees.
Education
- Qualified US barred lawyer.
- Law degree from an accredited institution.
