Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative team and stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts.
- Create visual designs for brand identity, marketing assets, social media, events, and presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and divisions.
- Manage multiple design projects with deadlines and budgets.
- Work closely with marketing managers to integrate messaging and design.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers.
- Stay current with design trends and best practices in sports and marketing.
- Present design concepts internally and externally.
- Identify and solve design challenges proactively.
- Demonstrate leadership with effective communication and accountability.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
