Responsibilities
- Provide strong accounting and financial leadership to inform strategic initiatives and ensure integrity of financial statements.
- Manage monthly close process, GAAP financial reporting, GL intercompany and consolidations.
- Oversee tax compliance and liaise with external tax preparers for timely and accurate filings.
- Coordinate annual financial audits and serve as primary contact for external auditors.
- Oversee ERP system management for asset, liability, and transaction accuracy.
- Develop long-term financial systems vision and continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage, mentor, hire, and motivate accounting team members.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- CPA certification preferred.
