Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Go.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize application performance through careful coding and architecture choices.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases, addressing bugs and implementing new features.
- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to manage deployment and integration processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Go programming language.
- Strong experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Proficient with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Nice to have:
- Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
