Core Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Ownership Define and execute a multi-tiered partnership strategy aligned with EasyLlama’s product roadmap, GTM segmentation, and buyer personas across HR, L&D, IT, and Compliance.
Partner Acquisition, Structuring & Negotiation Source, evaluate, structure, and close high-impact partnerships across platforms, marketplaces, content vendors, resellers, and integration partners — with a focus on long-term value creation and scalability.
Partner Enablement, Success & Growth Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, product education, joint GTM execution, and long-term optimization — ensuring partners are equipped and motivated to drive mutual success.
Cross-Functional Activation & Product Alignment Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS to integrate partnerships into EasyLlama’s platform experience, sales plays, and marketing strategy — ensuring alignment across teams and touchpoints.
Attribution Modeling, Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain a data-driven attribution framework to track partner-influenced pipeline, revenue contribution, product adoption, and ecosystem health (e.g., NPS, engagement, retention).
Co-Marketing & Brand Partnership Activation Design and lead co-marketing campaigns, joint launches, and ecosystem storytelling efforts with partners — in partnership with the Marketing team — to drive brand visibility and demand generation.
Partner Infrastructure & Program Development Establish scalable partnership infrastructure including onboarding workflows, enablement toolkits, PRM systems, certification programs, and co-selling/crossbeam integrations.
Team Leadership & Organizational Scaling Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team (starting with a Partnership Account Manager), fostering a culture of execution, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic impact.
Who You Are:
10–15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with deep exposure to strategic partnerships, business development, or channel leadership. HRTech, L&D, compliance, or adjacent verticals preferred.
Track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that include embedded platform integrations, content alliances, marketplaces, resellers, and referral programs.
Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with experience structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements, including multi-year product, data, and co-marketing components.
Deep understanding of GTM segmentation and buyer personas — including HR, People Ops, L&D, IT, and Compliance — and how to tailor partnership motions accordingly.
Proven ability to influence revenue growth through both sourced and influenced partnerships, with experience deploying attribution frameworks and performance dashboards.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal to align partner strategy with company priorities.
Program and process builder — able to operationalize partnerships at scale through onboarding flows, enablement playbooks, tiering models, PRM systems, and tooling like Crossbeam.
Co-marketing and demand generation savvy, with a track record of successful joint campaigns that drive awareness, activation, or customer acquisition.
Data-driven operator mindset, comfortable setting KPIs, analyzing results, and iterating on strategy based on partner performance, pipeline, and NPS.
Team leadership experience, with the ability to hire, coach, and scale a high-performing partnerships function.
