Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
Define and execute the long-term roadmap for EasyLlama’s core platform and LMS features.
Shape and communicate the product vision for a multi-product, AI-powered SaaS ecosystem focused on workplace training, compliance, and human risk mitigation.
Identify strategic opportunities for differentiation and product-led growth.
AI & Platform Innovation
Drive development and integration of AI-powered features (e.g., recommendation engines, adaptive learning, risk analysis and reporting, document and policy generation, automations, etc.).
Stay ahead of trends in LLMs, generative AI, and ML to enhance platform intelligence and user experience.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with product designers, engineers, researchers, content creators, and executives to workshop, ideate, define and bring bold ideas to life.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and definition to launch and iteration.
Customer & Market Insight
Conduct discovery with current and prospective customers in partnership with UXR and CX, gathering deep insights into evolving learner/worker/industry needs and admin workflows.
Use data and research to drive prioritization and validate outcomes.
Execution Excellence
Set clear goals, define success metrics, and intentionally prioritize for impact.
Ensure product launches are cross-functionally aligned, well-communicated, and user-centered.
Must Have
6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or edtech platforms
Experience working in or managing PLG (Product-Led Growth) SaaS environments
Proven success shipping platform-level features with high user engagement and retention
Strong technical fluency and understanding of software development processes
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Deep familiarity with learning management systems, training platforms, or employee engagement tools
Preferred (In Addition to Must have)
2+ years experience building AI-powered features or working with LLMs/generative AI platforms
Background in workplace learning, compliance training, or people enablement tech
Experience managing API ecosystems, partner integrations, or extensible platforms
MBA or equivalent business/technical degree is a plus
Experience at high-growth startup or scale-up companies
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Asana, PostHog, Metabase, etc.
