Responsibilities
- Develop and champion the vision and objectives for the ethics and compliance program.
- Stay informed on global ethics and compliance changes and update policies accordingly.
- Enhance processes for managing ethics violations and conflict of interest reports with transparency and confidentiality.
- Design and implement global compliance training strategies.
- Identify process gaps and lead technical solutions to improve compliance operations.
- Report ethics and compliance program status to executive leadership.
- Monitor and manage compliance hotline reports and investigations.
- Coordinate annual ethics and compliance risk assessments and participate in risk management.
- Manage annual compliance certification and training campaigns.
- Develop, launch, and analyze culture of compliance surveys.
- Serve as subject matter expert on meals, gifts, travel, entertainment, conflicts of interest, and related areas.
- Conduct internal investigations and prepare comprehensive reports.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
