Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lancaster, United States. As a vital member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records in our database
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or management
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
  • Students Encouraged to apply
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
