�Act as a liaison between business and technology. �Oversee the systems solution and ensures that the solution aligns with business goals and processes.�Responsible for the design, implementation, security, and performance of the software. �Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.�Focuses on establishing the best technology solution to meet a specific business need in their area of expertise. �Formulate a design plan that factors technology investments and risks while providing value to the company by improving business processes and eliminating unnecessary complexities. �Plans the technical requirements to transition a design into a working solution. �Ensure that the design is installed, configured and documented correctly. �Assists in recognizing and mitigating any risks to existing business processes or to the solution's overall success.Qualifications:�Advanced Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.�Able to work with multiple computing platforms.�Experience managing a project from start to finish.

• Leading large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and providing strategic direction to ensure successful implementation and optimization. Experience as a solution architect for UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation
• Proven track record in providing comprehensive end-to-end implementation solutions from inception to completion, involving requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, staggered rollout and hypercare.
• Experience in defining system architecture, , ensuring alignment to business needs and driving technical excellence through this implementation
• Expert in UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Dell Boomi, and Device Manager. Skilled in customizing these modules to meet specific client needs and improve operational efficiency. Experience in integrating these modules with other enterprise systems to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, systems integrations and WFM best practices.
• Lead the technical configuration of Time tracking, Advanced Scheduling & forecasting, accruals, Analytics & Reports, Dell Boomi Integration, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration and compliance,
• Lead the Configuration and Troubleshooting for following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities
• Lead the design of integrations using Dell Boomi and other integration platforms aligning to the best practices and customer priorities.
• Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new as need basis.
• Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of various aspects of a technology architecture like network, security, and integration. In integration, experience in the use of API integration and web services a must.
• 5+ years of experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Proven experience with Dell Boomi platform.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and integration concepts.
• 5+ years of experience developing target state architecture for UKG WorkForce Management and Payroll solution
• Prior working experience in developing integration between UKG WorkForce Management solutions and other HRIS systems (i.e., Workday)
• Knowledge on integration with multiple platforms like WFM, Workday SAP, Financial systems, skills systems like Aveva, DataLake, etc…
• Experience with XML, JSON, and SQL.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cross-functional teams

• UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred)
• Experience working as a solution architect for Kronos WFC
• A self-starter and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.
• Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
