About the Role:
As the Lead, IT Applications (POS), you’ll work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to drive major application initiatives across Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. You'll oversee technical planning, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support—helping evolve the retail experience for millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and new capabilities within store systems.
Oversee the full project lifecycle: requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful system performance and project delivery.
Contribute to enterprise architectural standards and lead technical innovation.
What You Bring:
7–10 years of experience supporting IT systems in a retail environment.
Prior experience with Point-of-Sale systems (Aptos a plus).
Technical expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and enterprise architecture.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary: $109,900–$187,450 (commensurate with experience)
