Senior Web Developer - Remote (Global Team)

We’re looking for an experienced and autonomous Senior Web Developer to join our global, fully remote team. Our clients range from major institutions and corporations to innovative startups across North America and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with our in-house designers and UI/UX specialists to structure and implement complex, responsive websites from custom designs made in Figma.
• Take ownership of code quality, conduct QA on team output, and maintain high development standards.
• Work with custom PHP backends, advanced WordPress setups, and API integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, and custom REST APIs for dynamic data handling as well as CRM syncing).
• Guide developers on architecture and technical decisions, offering insight during project scoping and quoting.
• Attend client meetings as a technical lead when needed, helping translate goals into actionable development strategies.
• Responsible for developing complex components of WordPress sites, including custom themes, HTML templates, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). Tasks include building dynamic landing pages, optimizing front-end performance, and implementing scalable, maintainable code structures.

What we’re looking for:

Ability to work fully remotely, as long as you are available from 9AM to 5PM EST - Note that we absolutely need someone who will be available to work and be online every day from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).

• Time Zone Requirement: Must be available and working remotely from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  This is a hard requirement, regardless of your location.
• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress (including custom themes, ACF, hooks, and custom post types).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices, including semantic HTML, structured data, and site performance optimization. Ability to implement SEO-rich code structures and ensure clean, indexable content. Familiar with web security standards—from HTTPS, input validation, and secure API handling to protecting WordPress and custom PHP environments against common vulnerabilities.
• Strong knowledge of version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
• Proven experience in QA testing, performance optimization, and ensuring cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver complex, multi-layered web projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and clients.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Shopify, especially custom theme development or custom app creation.
• Familiarity with AI agents development or workflow automation tools such as n8n.
• A strong interest in AI technologies and digital innovation.
