- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and business data and identify variance drivers
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost allocation, and general ledger accounting principles

Responsibilities
- Develop and present accurate financial insights related to budget, forecast, and variance analysis
- Track resources and headcount changes compared to planned or forecasted results
- Support annual operating plans and ongoing financial projections
- Implement process improvements to enhance business insights and forecasting accuracy
- Participate in ad hoc business analysis for partnerships and strategic investments
- Coordinate monthly reporting packs including KPIs and financial forecasts
- Manage expense tracking, vendor engagements and contract terms in coordination with procurement
- Support Board meeting preparation and business unit cost allocation reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
