Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of regulatory filings including SEC filings and investor communications.
- Prepare financial statements, footnote disclosures, cash flow statements, and management discussions under SOX controls.
- Prepare share-based compensation entries and reconciliation for month-end close.
- Support GAAP and SEC disclosure checklist preparation.
- Conduct disclosure benchmarking research and assist in SEC reporting processes planning and coordination.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline reporting.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional partners.
- Perform and monitor Sarbanes-Oxley controls over financial reporting for compliance.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Active CPA license or working towards CPA certification.
