Sr. Manager, Release Train Engineer

Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Florham Park, NJ:  Sr. Manager, Release Train Engineer to develop, design, implement, deploy and manage applications and technology including Identity & Access Management (IAM) to control risk in accordance with established corporate security policy.  Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects within Identity Access Management (IAM) space for CVS Health to engineer and develop of IAM solutions as well as support of vendor products primarily related to IAM. Develop and design application solutions related to identity data service and drive the technical implementation on user data analytic platforms. Design, implement and deploy IAM products on the premises or cloud. Responsible for solution design and implementation by working with various IAM, infrastructure, and security teams to also modify existing software or to correct errors. Architect interoperable and scalable security technology solutions, enabling enterprise-wide solutions with a vision towards transformation and standards. Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs, securing infrastructure for data transmission and job execution for Vulnerability Management Services, Penetration Testing Services, Secure Development Services, Endpoint Security Services, Network Security Service and Data Protection Services. Create and implement technical solutions and architecture for building, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting Program solutions. Develop automated application solutions with .NET, Powershell, and database, and troubleshoot automation tools. Define and enforce the IAM standards and configuration specifications, analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility. Provide industry trending analysis and knowledge of upcoming security trends/threats related to IAM, and will lead team members in IAM solution designs and implementations. Work with various application tools, systems and processes including Radiant Logic, CA Governance Minder, Tuebora, and ETL tools including SSIS, Clover ETL, and Pentaho. Telecommuting Available. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; XML, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; Java and J2EE; Oracle; My SQL and SQL; Writing application code and deploying to production; Developing backend services, performing code reviews, and collaborating with peers on software development solutions; Agile productivity tools and leading incremental software releases; and Supporting large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives.

Pay Range: $101525.00/year to $207000.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
